WHAT IS IT?
full english camps...
...are learning camps entirely in English for young people aged 10 to 17. Located in Lisieux, these immersive 6- or 12-day stays offer a unique experience to improve language skills while having fun. Labeled “Vacances apprenantes” by the French Ministry of Education, our camps guarantee quality supervision and a safe environment. Our aim is to ensure effective linguistic progress while offering young people, often on their first experience away from home, attentive and caring support.
Since their launch, over 150 young people have taken part in our programs, benefiting from complete immersion in English. Our pedagogical team is made up of certified teachers and a bilingual animation team, ensuring optimal supervision for each participant. At Lab Lisieux Normandie, our priority is to ensure that young people enjoy learning. We don't want them to feel like they're at school!

Our mission is to transform each activity into a fun and immersive experience, using non-formal methods. Screens are outlawed, including during breaks, to encourage discussion and concentration. This framework requires a little time to adapt, which is essential to fully integrate the experience and immerse oneself in the English language.
A LOOK BACK AT
OUR FULL ENGLISH SUMMER CAMPS 2024
Organized from July 22 to August 02, 2024 (at the MFR de Saint-Désir), 60 young people from the Léxoviens area and the Val-de-Rueil commune got the chance to practice their English while enjoying themselves. The program included English workshops in the morning with professionals, and activities and games in the afternoon and evening with activity leaders, all in English of course.

Thanks to the “Colos Apprenantes” scheme launched by the French Ministry of Education, participation in the program was largely financed: of the €500 required, €480 was covered by the French government. With only €20 per week left to pay, this aid made it possible to open up the program to a wide public, with only two essential criteria: motivation and the young people's level of English. From the very first edition, this financial support offered many participants the opportunity to live a unique immersive experience in English.
