Training Course are training courses on topics such as social inclusion, media literacy and entrepreneurship, financed by the European Union and aimed at youth workers, educators, trainers and others involved in supporting young people. These training courses enable participants to acquire new skills, explore innovative teaching methods and forge links with professionals from all over Europe. Varying in length from a few days to two weeks, they offer dynamic learning through practical activities, intercultural exchanges and group work. By experimenting with non-formal, interactive educational methods and taking part in immersive workshops, participants develop their ability to support young people in their civic, cultural and social endeavors.

This training project aims to develop the skills of educators, trainers, teachers, youth leaders, and young people in graphic facilitation and visual tools. The goal is to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity, divergent thinking, and critical thinking.

Roll For Initiative
The project helps youth leaders and educators create educational games and use them for youth animation and education. It mainly focuses on the child rights approach (ENF). Participants will learn why games and gamification are powerful tools for youth work and how games can be used to address topics such as sustainability, EU values, social inclusion, intercultural learning, creativity, etc.

The TRAINING COURSE INFORMAL CREATIVITY
Organized in March 2024 near Lisieux (at the MFR of Saint-Désir), where 30 participants from 10 different countries were able to grow both personally and technically in graphic facilitation.
