European Solidarity Corps

What is it?

The European Solidarity Corps

... or European Solidarity Corps, is a European Union program aimed at young people aged 18 to 30. It offers them the opportunity to get involved in solidarity projects across Europe and beyond. Whether through volunteering, internships, or jobs, the ESC enables young people to contribute to social causes while developing key skills for their personal and professional futures. Its main goal is to promote solidarity and active citizenship by offering young people the chance to live an enriching intercultural experience and make a positive impact on the local community. Funded by the European Commission, the ESC covers mission-related expenses, such as travel, accommodation, and a monthly allowance for volunteers.
